Terms of Use
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Remember Me. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Remember Me
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. One account per person, tied to your Apple Account.
Your content
You own what you add. You let us store it and show it to the people you choose, only so we can run the app. You are responsible for what you save and share.
No tolerance for abuse
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use Remember Me to:
- post nudity, sexual content, hate, threats, harassment, bullying or violence;
- pretend to be someone else, or claim a name that isn't yours;
- share someone's photo or details without their consent;
- send spam, collect other people's data, or break the law.
Anyone can report a post or block a person in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend the accounts of people who post it.
Claims
An invite code lets someone claim a name that was saved before they joined. Only claim your own name. Nothing links until the person who saved it approves.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
The service
We work to keep Remember Me running, but we provide it as is, without warranties, and it may change over time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
