Signing in doesn't work

Remember Me uses Sign in with Apple. Check that you're signed in to your Apple Account in the Settings app, then try again. If you deleted your Remember Me account, signing in again starts a new, empty one.

How do friends work?

When you save someone and link them to their profile, they see that you saved their name. When they save you too, you become friends. Friends see the people you share with Friends. Notes always stay private.

Someone saved my name before I joined

Ask them for their invite code. In the app, go to You, then Claim your name, and enter the code. They confirm it's really you before your profile is linked.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the three dots on a post to hide it, report it, or block the person. You can also block a friend from the Friends list. We review reports within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to You, then Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, the people you saved and your photos are deleted from our servers right away.
